"I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Kacey (I believe that's how it's spelled) from this StateFarm three times in a day, and each time she was incredibly patient and helpful. I had questions about setting up and adding a driver, inquiring about monthly costs for a portion of the driver, as well as providing step by step how to get lower monthly cost by set up through an app called Steel Clear, among other things. Kacey patiently explained everything to me with a welcoming tone, making the process much smoother and more enjoyable.

Kacey's professionalism and knowledge were evident throughout our conversations. She took the time to thoroughly address my concerns and provided clear explanations, making sure I understood all the details. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist left a positive impression on me.

I must say, Kacey is a great person to speak with on the phone. Her exceptional customer service skills and commitment to providing excellent support are commendable. I truly appreciate the outstanding assistance she provided and the time she spent helping me with my inquiries.

"I have the full story of our experience with Mr.Underwood’s office typed up. I’ll update my review to include it shortly. Our experience was poor over several years and we’d been with State Farm for 10+ years. We were so disappointed and shocked by the way we were treated after my husbands wreck. It is a good thing we kept our records updated because we were able to fight back and show they (State Farm) were lieing to us. I have every email, text and phone call date/time stamped. The evidence is overwhelming and when we proved they were lieing, we received one final email packed with misinformation essentially saying we were right but they accepted no responsibility. Quickly we moved to Farm Bureau with better rates and coverage. We haven’t looked back!

7/26/24 Update to respond to Mr. Underwood. Not true - your receptionist provided different feedback and you made commitments to follow up with us but you never did. You never followed up, never provided support or guidance. You did nothing. You were the worst agent we’ve ever encountered and had no clue what was going on. We are happy with Farm Bureau, better service - an agent that actually knows our portfolio- and knows us by name - plus their rates are better for more coverage. I guess we should thank you for leading us to them due to our poor experience with you. Also placing blame on corporate or others - not a good look as it speaks volumes to your terrible office."
